Taste: Sweet, rich, warming, caramel
Malt: Pale, Black
Hops: Challenger, Goldings
Additional Notes: Black malt gives roast aroma and taste and the Pale malt contributes a sweet biscuity note. Delicious cane sugar and caramel adds more sweetness. At 7.4% abv this beer is very full bodied, sweet and warming. Challenger hops give a fresh dry hop character and moderate bitterness and the Goldings adds a more aromatic and spicy note giving quite a complex beer. Rich, warming and satisfying.

I have looked all over the UK for my favorite ale--the Bellhaven Wee Heavy. No one carries it except Greene King. I ordered it on line and they delivered a case for a very reasonable price in two days. Thanks Greene King. You are superb!

This has become a bit of a go-to for me, I like its colour, it's taste is a bit complex with a sweetish taste and a full flavour malty and a little roasted (but not overly) I like it a lot.
