What is subscribe & save?

  • If you love your beer and order with us on a regular basis then our subscribe & save service is perfect for you. Order using subscribe and save and we’ll deliver your beers to your door on the frequency that you choose.

What are the benefits?

  • Save 10% when you subscribe to your favourite products (note that the discount is not applied to shipping costs, if applicable).
  • Fast delivery, order by Thursday at 11am for weekend delivery . Free delivery over £60 (UK mainland only – charges apply to some remote locations, see our Shop Terms and Conditions for more details).
  • Save time and effort by ensuring your products are delivered to your door at the frequency you decide.
  • Total flexibility. You can cancel, skip or pause your subscription anytime.
  • Fancy adding something else? No problem. You can add a one-time purchase to your subscription to top up your order.

How to get started

  • Simply head over to the product you wish to subscribe to and select the subscribe and save option (rather than one-time purchase).
  • Choose the frequency for your chosen product.
  • Checkout as normal.
How can I manage my subscription?
First, make sure you are logged into your Greene King account that the subscription was taken out on. If you took out a subscription without a Greene King account, then please open one with the email address you used to take out your subscription, you can open an account here. Next, go to here. From there you can manage your subscription, or request an email that provides account access to manage it. If you requested an email, you will then receive a  link which you must follow to activate your account so you can manage your subscriptions. If you don't see this in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Once you have clicked this, you can manage your subscription from the subscription link in your account page.

What happens now I’ve ordered?

  • You will receive an email a few days before your next order date so that you have time to review and amend your subscription as you choose.
  • We will then email you once your recurring order is placed, and finally with tracking information from DHL once dispatched.
  • You can manage your subscription

What happens if my items are out of stock?

  • If any part of your subscription order is out of stock we will keep your order on hold until we have all of your items. Once all of your items are in stock, we will send it out to you. You can login to you account and manage your recurring items at any time.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

  • We are happy to refund or exchange any order within 14 days in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy as set out in the Shop Terms and Conditions.

How do I change my subscription’s contents or frequency?

  • You can review your subscription here where you can add and remove items, as well as change the frequency of your order.

Can I change my next subscription’s due date?

  • Yes, you can do this in your account here

What am I signing up to?

  • Subscribe & save is a subscription service offered by Greene King Brewing and Retailing Limited. We reserve the right to change the repeat order benefits, the discount amount and free delivery offer at any time. Our Shop Terms and Conditions apply to subscribe & save.
  • Subscribe & save items will ship automatically according to the frequency set by you until you cancel. By placing your order, you are authorising us to charge your card for future orders.
  • We may terminate your subscription at our discretion without notice. If this happens, you will only be charged for orders that have been dispatched to you.
