Perfect with: pheasant or game birds. Also goes well with sticky toffee pudding or spotted dick due to the chocolate notes.
Additional Notes:
Smooth, dense and intense, with a lingering sweetness and deluxe silky texture; truly a beer to savour. We use a complex mash including roasted barley and oats along with 3 types of malt to give the beer plenty of black coffee and dark chocolate notes that make this stout intense yet approachable.
Bottled at 7% ABV, we recommend pairing this with pheasant or game bird, and for those with a sweet tooth, we’d suggest pairing with sticky toffee pudding to highlight the chocolate notes.
