Aroma: Grapefruit citrus, floral, fruity
Taste: Citrus and fruity hop. Clean bitterness
Malt: Pale, Crystal
Hops: Challenger, Cascade, Hersbrucker
Perfect with: sweet and sour dishes, as well as chicken dishes with lime or lemon in the sauce.
Additional Notes: Masses of hops - challenger for bitterness and fresh dry hop herbal character. Cascade adds refreshing pink grapefruit and a floral note and Hersbrucker adds more floral and a touch of spicy and fruity hop. Biscuity malt sweetness balances the robust bitterness.
