I have had Old Speckled Hen before and really enjoy it, but this was my first time for both Old Crafty and Old Golden Hen's. Old Crafty is a great bear that i would keep for those special days, and Old Golden Hen for summer days just chilling. A case that i would buy again, and again, and again.....

I ordered my Flight of Hens on December 20 and was quite frankly delighted and amazed when it was delivered on December 22. I received a great selection of really individual beers. My personal favourite is the Golden Hen since I love the pale hoppy style. Crafty Hen is powerful premium ale: perfect to just sit and sip for an evening but perfect to pair with almost any strong-flavoured dished. While the original Old Speckled Hen is an established award-winner. And I had enough left to take and share with friends at early New Year’s lunch. Truly a Hen for all Seasons.

What's not to like about the Hen Selection. Last days of summer for the Golden hen, 1st days of Autumn onto the Speckled and a Crafty one (or 4) to finish. I loved them all
