Perfect with: Caribbean, Cajun or Mexican cuisine. If you're not in the mood for something spicy, we'd recommend Carpaccio of Beef or other rare meat dishes that offer up a robust mouth feel to match this complex and satisfying ale.

Additional Notes: 

Rich and malty, fruity and spicy. Biscuity pale malt and crystal malt to add toffee/caramel notes. Fuggle and Styrian hops give masses of tropical fruit and fragrant spiciness. Robust bitterness is balanced with the full body and mouthfeel provided by the malt and the satisfyingly complex hoppyness.
