It is possible that our parcel carrier will split deliver your order if it contains multiple boxes. If the rest of your order does not arrive within 3 days of the initial delivery please contact shopsupport@greeneking.co.uk with your name, order number and details of the products you are missing.

First, make sure you are logged into your Greene King account that the subscription was taken out on. If you took out a subscription without a Greene King account, then please open one with the email address you used to take out your subscription, you can open an account here. Next, go to here. From there you can manage your subscription, or request an email that provides account access to manage it. If you requested an email, you will then receive a  link which you must follow to activate your account so you can manage your subscriptions. If you don't see this in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Once you have clicked this, you can manage your subscription from the subscription link in your account page.

You should receive tracking information from our courier partners via email and /or text message, sent to the contact details supplied when you ordered. If you do not receive this notification, please contact shopsupport@greeneking.co.uk.

We normally pick orders within 1 working days and ship with our courier partners on a next working day delivery service.

Please note that during However during busy periods such as Christmas and Father's Day orders are likely to take 3-5 working days to deliver.

If your order has not arrived within this time, please check your tracking info. If this does not provide you with a satisfactory answer please contact shopsupport@greeneking.co.uk.

All of our discount codes are single use, meaning if you’ve already used it on a previous order it won’t give you a discount again. If you think you are seeing this message in error please email onlineshop@greeneking.co.uk

Yes, unless prior agreement to leave in a safe place is arranged. Please note that our parcel carrier might ask for proof of age as they require someone aged 18 or older to sign for delivery.

If you need to make any changes to the delivery address we can make changes as long as your order hasn't been dispatched. Please email shopsupport@greeneking.co.uk as soon as possible to give the best chance make any changes.

Yes! Please add this as a note when placing your order. You will also have an opportunity to change your delivery preferences when you receive the dispatch notification from our parcel carrier. Please note that if you choose this delivery method you do so at your own risk.

When you receive email or text confirmation that your order is dispatched you will be offered the option to change to your preferred delivery date. Whilst you cannot offer a specific time slot we will contact you on the morning of delivery to confirm your estimated delivery time.

Sorry, at the moment we only deliver to the UK

Our policy is to replace or refund any broken bottles or cans. Please contact shopsupport@greeneking.co.uk with your name, order number, details of the items damaged and a photo of the damage.

Unfortunately not, a new order would need tomade. Please contact shopsupport@greeneking.co.uk and we will try to group the orders together.

You can make changes to your order so long as the order has not been despatched. To do so please email shopsupport@greeneking.co.uk. Please note that taking items may incur a shipping cost if it causes the value of your order to drop below £60.  

Greene King beers are currently clarified using isinglass finings which is a product derived from fish. Greene King beers are therefore are not recommended for strict vegetarians or vegans.
