We wanted to inform you of some changes to our online fulfilment that you might notice when you place orders going forward.
New Courier - Parcelforce
We will be partnering with Parcelforce as our trusted courier service for all online deliveries. Parcelforce is renowned for its reliability and efficiency in delivering fragile and heavy items like our beers. By teaming up with Parcelforce, we aim to provide you with a dependable and seamless delivery service.
You will have two delivery options visible on checkout that you can use
Parcelforce Standard Delivery - your order will get shipped on a next working day delivery service and delivered between anytime between 9am and 5pm. You will receive an email with a delivery window on the morning of delivery.
Parcelforce Premium - Offers the same service as above but you can choose a day that you would like to take delivery so you can ensure you are in to receive your order.
Packaging
We will be sending your products out in various packaging to suit your order, but the majority of orders will be shipped in our 12 bottle/can boxes (pictured below).
We have also introduced a new 24 bottle box, which will house x2 of the above 12 bottle/can box. This has been redesigned so on delivery you can open the larger outer box and retrieve the smaller boxes from inside if you don't wish to lift the heavier box. We use this larger box to reduce the chances of your order being delivered over multiple days and it also allows us to keep the courier fees we charge you as low as possible.
