Christmas Delivery: Bank holidays and weekends are considered non-working days for our courier partner, Parcelforce. Consequently, deliveries will not take place on these days. Any orders placed after 20 December at 12pm will likely not arrive in time for Christmas.
Dispatch Times: Our warehouse team will be working hard to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Please note that during bank holidays and weekends, dispatches will not take place as these are non-working days for our warehouse team.
Customer Service: Our customer service team is here to assist you throughout the holiday season. However, it's important to note that our customer service team works Monday to Friday 9-5.
