New Tricks Golden Ale comes with a fantastic zesty nose that's worth staying with for a moment before going in for a taste. The first sip is almost spicy but the zest comes through with that proper gulp. It's light enough to not ruin a school night but leaves you in no doubt that it's a serious ale.

5 star tipple, unusual blend gives it that crisp dry edge, especially served cold the refreshing zing of a mouthful as it fizzes its way down is just the ticket to start thinking about the sun returning, my favorite brewery.
